Next-level sound quality
Yamaha’s legacy of amazing-sounding consoles stretches back to the 1970s, and the DM7 continues that tradition. Capable of sampling rates as high as 96kHz, this top-shelf digital console offers first-class features culled from the company’s Rivage PM systems, along with signal coloration within channel dynamics, 64 assignable premium processing slots, 16 assignable Yamaha FX slots, and four assignable inserts per channel.
Packs a lot of I/O into a compact console
Here at Sweetwater, we’re impressed with how Yamaha packed 120 mixable channels into the DM7, which houses 32 excellent-sounding mic preamps and 16 analog outputs, along with 48 mixes, 12 matrixes, two stereo buses, and two cue mixes. A 144 x 144 Dante interface supplies loads of room for expansion. You also get an 18 x 18 USB audio interface with Yamaha VST Rack compatibility for playback and recording.
