And the MRC10 is built to let you channel that style, as it features a unique scratch plate and super-smooth ebony fingerboard to speed up your fretting. Not only that, but the fretboard and neck are shaped into a comfort grip with rounded edges, meticulously crafted to ensure supreme playability.

The handily placed scratch plate lets you articulate scratches and tapping without damaging the spruce top, and the paired Fishman pickup captures every detail of your taps to guarantee an immersive performance.

Advanced Fishman pickups

Take your sound to the stage. A soundhole Fishman Rare Earth microphone/pickup system lets you capture every nuance of your rhythmic playing. It offers a warm, natural acoustic tone for any kind of playing, but is particularly good for tapping thanks to a dedicated tap pickup. Combined with its easily accessible Mic/Pickup Blend control, you can easily set your sound to preference. It also has a bass extension/roll off switch to control the low frequency extension of the microphone, letting you tame or indulge in the bass notes.

Perform with consistency and reliability. With Gotoh machine heads and an Ibanez designed bridge at your disposal, staying in tune is almost guaranteed.
