The Dr. Handmade Strings FL-12 Legend Light Electric Guitar Strings are crafted from the highest quality polished stainless steel that are wound on hexagonal cores. These flat wound strings produce a mellow tone but their texture gives them a real high end punch. Whilst the technique used is very old the materials are the most advanced, expensive and latest available. These electric strings are suitable for many musical styles in particular jazz as they are a nice middle ground string that is more tempered than round wounds.
