The Ibanez S5470 is an S series Prestige guitar model and one of the first 24-fret S guitar models made widely available for the public, introduced along with the S5470F, S5470BW and E-Gen in 2008. Also, it was the return of Japanese made S Prestige guitars as all S Prestige models from 2005 to 2007 were made in Korea.
