This limited edition Thumb features a mahogany body, offering weighty sustain and low-end emphasis. It’s topped with mahogany burl, a rare appearance on guitars and basses – beautiful grain that ensures that you’ll stand out from the crowd.

A bolt-on ovangkol neck delivers a healthy midrange with a bright treble response that’s just shy of maple. Another rare tonewood addition is the use of wild mahogany for the fretboard, promising smooth feel, resonant sound and dynamite looks in equal measure.

Electronics

Combined with 2 active MEC J-style humbuckers, the mahogany tonewood combo really sings. These relatively high-output pickups bring out the Thumb’s rich low-end, while ensuring that the midrange and top-end shimmers brilliantly.
